Yes. SeeStats sets no cookies and no localStorage fingerprints. Sessions live in sessionStorage on the visitor's side; visitors are identified by a daily rotating hash computed on your server. IPs are anonymized by default, and Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control headers are honored. No consent banner needed for this tracking method in most jurisdictions — but as always, that's your compliance call.
SeeStats uses three independent counting layers: the main tracker script, an external rescue script that falls back through image → beacon → iframe, and a no-JavaScript pixel. If a blocker kills one layer, the next one still counts the visit — and the dashboard shows you how many visits were rescued. If your pages live on a different domain than the tracker, a bundled 2-file proxy makes the requests first-party again.
